The 15 Client Deliverables

During a premium-quality coaching session, there are a number of different type things that the coach delivers to the client. These specific 'deliverables' then lead directly to positive client outcomes. Each of these deliverables can, and certainly do, add value to the coaching experience.

This creates a clear distinction between mainstream fitness training and the far superior approach of lifestyle fitness coaching. The evidence gathered over the past 25 years is conclusive. Lifestyle is the "Silver Bullet", and physical activity it the 'new' wonder drug. A fitness trainer will focus on just one area of your life for the period of time you have scheduled and paid for. In contrast, a lifestyle fitness coach/trainer commits to your success in a holistic way that goes beyond any scheduled appointments, and spans the time between your sessions together.

Your coach/trainer is dedicated to your success: body, mind, and spirit, and is always seeking ways to support your goals and dreams. More than a personal trainer, a lifestyle fitness coach is a key player on your own "Personal Wellness Team". Every great leader has a team of trusted advisers. You are the leader of the great performance game called "Your Life". Don't you deserve the same kind of knowledge, inspiration, motivation and dedication? We think so.
